Ceramic fiber blanket is made of alumina silicate ceramic fiber filament by special double-sided needling process. The double-sided needle process greatly improves the interlacing degree, anti-delamination performance, tensile strength, and surface smoothness of the fibers. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binders to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good formability and stability under high and low temperature conditions. The product is white, with uniform dimensions, and integrates fire resistance, thermal insulation, and insulation. It does not contain any binding agents. When used for a long time in neutral and oxidizing atmospheres, it can still maintain good tensile strength, toughness, and fiber structure. Its temperature resistance ranges from 950-1,430℃.
